∙ Apple Vision Pro is sold in countries outside the US for $5,000!

Apple officially sells its AR-VR headset Vision Pro for $3,500 in the United States. Currently the headset is not officially sold in other countries. It is reported that the resellers are taking advantage of it. Vision Pro sold in this way is priced out of control. Reportedly, there are sellers who are buying from around $5,000 to $6,300.

In Japan, Mercury sells the Vision Pro for $5,400, according to Bloomberg. In China, Taobao sells for about $5,000, while a seller in Singapore buys it for $6,300. Meanwhile, not only Apple fans are buying the headset, but app developers are also paying a premium.

∙ Foldable iPhone may be delayed

Rumors that Apple might introduce a foldable iPhone and iPad have been heard for years. The company knows that if ideas like the foldable iPhone can be realized, it will be able to excite users again. The company is planning two types of flip style phones. At the same time, the report says that Apple’s engineers are facing the problem that the screen breaks easily.

I also think that Apple’s insistence on having an iPhone that is not thicker than the current iPhones is humiliating. Engineers have not been successful in making the battery, display and many other components suitable for making such a phone.

The general opinion is that the foldable iPhone should be expected this year anyway. The current estimate is that the first foldable iPhone will probably arrive in 2026-2027. Meanwhile, many analysts are not completely ruling out the possibility of a foldable iPad being released this year.
